In order to process your application you must include the following:
  1. $100 application fee. Cash is NOT accepted. This fee goes toward your first months rent. If the application is not approved you will be mailed a check for $90.
  2. Proof of employment. You may either:
    1. Include 2 paycheck stubs or
    2. Include an employment letter from your supervisor.

An employment letter on company letterhead should include:

  • Your full name
  • Social security number
  • Hire date
  • Gross Earnings
  • Employment title or job description
  • Signature of supervisor.

*If you are retired you will need proof of income.
